The service
We provide VPN servers and configurations for WireGuard and compatible clients. The tunnel runs in third-party software, such as the official WireGuard app, which has its own terms.
We work to keep the network available but do not promise uninterrupted service or access to any particular site or streaming service.
Your account
Your 16-digit account number is both your login and your password. Keep it private: anyone who has it can use your subscription. If you lose it and have not linked Telegram or an email, we cannot recover it.
You must be old enough to enter into this agreement where you live. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Plans and payment
- You pay in advance for a fixed period. Periods add up: extending early never loses days.
- Nothing renews automatically. We store no payment method and will not charge you again unless you choose to pay.
- There is no introductory price: extending costs the same as a new purchase of that plan on that day. If our prices change, the change applies only to purchases made afterwards.
- Taxes may be added at checkout where the law requires it.
Refunds
You can get a full refund within 14 days of a payment, without giving a reason, by writing to support. A gift code can be refunded within the same period if it has not been redeemed. Refunds go back through the original payment method.
Days credited for downtime
If, on a paid subscription, a device reports at least three failed connection attempts and no successful one within 24 hours, we add a day to your subscription automatically, up to 10 days a month. Credits depend on reports reaching us from a client that sends them. They are added as days and have no cash value.
Free trial
The 7-day free trial is available once per person and needs a linked Telegram account or email. No payment details are needed, and it ends by itself.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for:
- anything illegal where you are or where the server is;
- spam, phishing, malware or fraud;
- attacking, scanning or trying to break into any system;
- torrent traffic;
- anything that harms the network or other customers, including reselling access.
We keep no logs of your activity and do not monitor it, but we may suspend or close an account when we receive credible evidence of abuse or when the law requires it.
Gifts, invites and promotions
A gift code works once, does not expire and adds days to the account that redeems it. It adds time, not a higher device limit.
When someone joins through your invite and makes a first payment, you receive 30 days and they receive 14 days, within the monthly limit that applies. Invites and promotions have no cash value, and we may withdraw bonuses obtained by abuse.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. A VPN protects the connection between your device and our server; it does not make you anonymous or protect you from everything.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.
Ending the service
You can stop using the service at any time; there is nothing to cancel. We may end the service with reasonable notice and will refund the unused part of paid periods if we do, unless the account was closed for breaking these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms and will publish the new version here with its date. If a change is significant, we will also say so on the site or in your account. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new terms.
